Weight loss is a big industry in today's world. Many people have weight problems and fat loss is a huge concern for a lot of people. The truth is in order to burn belly fat, you need to work smart and hard, there is no magic pill. Unless you are prepared to get surgery, then you are going to need to work to lose that weight.
There are three steps to losing weight. And these are, your diet, your cardio plan, and your weight lifting plan. All three of these should work together to achieve the fat loss results that you desire. If there is a weak link in the chain, you will not see good results. So below I am going to go over all 3 of these parts in greater detail.
Step #1 when it comes to burning belly fat is your diet. Six meals a day is absolutely necessary when it comes to weight loss. The reason for this is that it will help to give your metabolism a boost to aid in fat loss. A ton of protein is going to be needed in your fat loss diet. Along with this, reduced carbs and healthy fats are an important part of a fat loss diet. It is a myth that fat makes you fat, in fact more commonly, carbs are what make you fat.
The other part of diet comes from calories, you need to be eating less of them in order to lose weight. For you to be able to burn belly fat effectively, 500 calories less per day then your used to eating is a good general rule of thumb. This is an extremely important part of fat loss, the idea of calories out verses calories in.
Step #2 for weight loss is having a good cardio plan. The best time to do cardio for weight loss is in the morning. The reason for this is that your body is fresh and your mind is clear. But also, you have not eaten anything, therefore any cardio will directly burn fat.
A good amount of time is about twenty to forty minutes of moderate cardio. Especially if you are doing it on an empty stomach, its important to not push yourself too hard. Three to four cardio sessions per week is plenty and you can work your way up to daily cardio sessions if you want.
And step #3 is to have a solid weight lifting plan of action. Muscle weighs more then fat, we've all heard that before. So by building more muscle, your body will actively burn more fat, without you having to lift a finger! You will just burn through the fat naturally!
For most people, 3 days per week is enough time for weightlifting, try to keep the workouts short but intense. Make sure to keep your form strict throughout. And that is all there really is to this whole fat loss thing. It is not all that hard. The most essential thing is making sure you stick with it and dont give up. If you do this, the sky is the limit to how much fat you can burn. Good luck!
